Blast The Smile . Bridge The Gap
TODAY'S RECIPE
Today, I hold the image of forgiveness in my mind for 15 minutes until I experience compassion.

TODAY'S CHALLENGE
The truth of your soul is to feel at peace with everyone. If you can mentally represent the image of that truth to be at peace with everyone as you hugging someone, then your mind is holding the image of forgiveness.
Simply close your eyes and count backward with your breath from 10 to 0. This way of counting will bring your awareness inward and enhance your level of concentration.
Then, bring into your mind the image of you hugging someone you need to forgive or who needs to forgive you. This person could be yourself.
Do not speak. Simply contemplate and let your feelings move through you.
Hold your attention on the image and enhance your imaginary senses as if you could really see, touch, smell, hear, and feel in your imaginary world.
As you hug the person, keep whispering into the person's right ear these magic words: "Today, I am holding the image of forgiveness for you and I so that we can move into the compassion side of life."
You are only whispering in your imagination.
Stay with that same image for the entire 15 minutes BUT keep enhancing your imaginary senses. Make it feel as if you were truly there.
PS: Set a timer before you begin. Remember to memorize the magic words before you start.
Repeat the exercise three times today.
